About the MS Grape Escape Bike Tour
Celebrate British Columbia's newest wine region the Cowichan Valley on a fully supported bike tour for MS. Since the first Grape Escape MS Bike Tour in 2002, this event has grown in scope and popularity. Hundreds of cyclists have enjoyed a carefree weekend, experiencing beautiful Southern Vancouver Island, its wines, cuisines and breathtaking scenery.

The Rona MS Bike Tour Cowichan Valley Grape Escape is a two-day tour with a one-day option. The tour begins at Brentwood College in Mill Bay where participants head north to discover the Cowichan Valley's hospitality and explore its wineries, galleries and farms. Then as the sun sets at Brentwood College on Mill Bay, you will enjoy evening festivities including wine tasting, musical entertainment and fine Cowichan Valley cuisine.

Day 2 riders rise and shine to a pancake breakfast and head westbound to explore the Shawnigan Lake Region's apple cidery, glass blowing gallery, farms and more wine estates. People interested in participating for only 1 day will join us on the Sunday. Celebrate your victory over a delicious gourmet lunch and a great finale!

The RONA MS Bike Tour is a pledge-based fundraising event that provides Canadians with the opportunity to ride through scenic and often spectacular parts of the country. Over 10,000 cyclists are expected to participate in the 22 one- and two-day tours taking place across Canada between June and September. Whether you are a dedicated cyclist or looking for a bit of recreation pedaling in the RONA MS Bike Tours means you will be part of an extraordinary group of Canadians who are getting outside to raise money in the fight against MS. All you need is a bike and the passion to help find a cure for MS.
