    Visit Dr. Bill Code's Certified Organic farm where you will find more than 40 kinds of heritage & organic vegetables, fruit (blackberries, lemons, limes), Blue Slate turkeys, lamb, emu, and the Heritage Large Black pig.  You will also find Songlines Emu Oil Products, including a new therapeutic soap.

    New to the Century Ride this year, Saison Market is a visual and culinary treat. Here you will find a delectable banquet of bread, sweets, savories, gourmet foods freshly made in the market vineyard kitchen. The natural bounty of Vancouver Island and an ever–changing medley of ingredients is the inspiration for owner operators Ingrid & Frederic. Frederic has promised to bake cookies for the century riders stopping by!

    Enrico Winery is located on a 50 acre parcel of land purchased by Henry Newton Smith ten years ago for a cow-calf operation.  In late 2006, the owner sold the cattle and commenced redevelopment of the property as a vineyard and estate winery.  The first phase of the vineyard development includes seven acres of Pinot Gris, three acres of Pinot Noir, three acres of Ortega, 2.5 acres of Cabernet Libre and 1.5 acres of Cabernet Foch.  As a sponsor of the MS Bike Tour, Enrico Winery will be hosting the wine tasting and providing wine for the dinner at Shawnigan Lake School Saturday evening.
