There are many fascinating stops planned for your tour of the Cowichan Valley.  You are welcome to stop and rest as long as you like while you take in the pastoral views, get to know your fellow riders, or chat with the owners of the various vineyards, farms, and galleries.  In case you want to take a piece of the Cowichan Valley home with you MS HOPE volunteers will be present at certain points of interest to attend to any purchases you make and have them ready for pick-up at Brentwood College after your ride.

There are designated Rest Stops along the route as indicated on the route maps.  At these Rest Stops you will find friendly volunteers, light snacks, and refreshments to keep you energized.  Most Points of Interest offer water and washroom access as well as access to a phone should you require medical attention, bike repair or a lift back to the College.

You may not have time to stop at every Point of Interest so plan your days accordingly using the route maps.  Keep in mind that the evenings festivities get going at Brentwood College at 4:30pm and we don't want you to miss out!
